Coming from San Antonio via Austin, Karl handles the lion’s share of the preaching duties for Broadway. His wife Kaley and children Gabe and Hallie complete the circle and are a wonderful part of our team.
From local farm boy, to biblical languages scholar, to mission work in Great Britain, Rodney has experienced more than most people. As Executive Minister, Rodney brings a wealth of wisdom to Broadway.
Tim has been serving at Broadway since the late ’70’s. For 27 years of that time, he was in the mission fields of Kenya and Tanzania. Back home now, he oversees our campus and International ministries.
Gary has served as our Worship and Technology Minister since October of 2014. You’ll most often see him leading at our worship gatherings or running around with a camera on his shoulder. – read more
As Ministry Coordinator and wife of Rodney, Michele has her hands full. She helps facilitate just about everything that happens at Broadway in regard to ministry. Yes, she stays very busy.
An American who grew up in Thailand, got married and moved to Tanzania and Kenya, Rebecca now lives in Lubbock and works as Associate Campus Minister. She is married to Tim and also adjunct professor at LCU. ~ read more
Tracey Horne is the “senior” staff member at Broadway, having worked here since 1987, but you would never know it from her humble spirit. She currently serves as the Business Administrator.
Howard hails from Kansas and makes sure everyone knows it. He also oversees the facilities at Broadway and thankfully keeps things running smoothly. Oh, and we believe he actually knows Toto. – read more
Rob spent 35 years in the insurance business before graduating into full time ministry. He now serves as the Pastoral Care Minister for Broadway, watching over church and the staff.
Prior to her arrival at Broadway, Jennifer has served as a teacher, minister and missionary. She brings her considerable skills to the children’s ministry and is a happy, bubbly presence for the church and the children. -read more
Eddie can rarely be found on the Broadway campus… mainly because he’s busy pouring his life into the prison ministry and serving the inmates of Lubbock County. He also counsels troubled youth in the system. Eddie is a great servant.
Randy Porter, LMFT-Associate, is a man who loves the Lord and serves others in the same way through Broadway’s Counseling Ministry. He has a deep desire to help others find healing and purpose in their lives. –

A child of the High Plains, Camille served in the United States Army before returning to Lubbock. She taught at Sonshine PreSchool for ten years and now works in the office as an Administrative Minister. Camille is also an active leader in the Celebrate Recovery ministry.
Emilee oversees our front desk and holds the keys to the proverbial kingdom. You’ll hear her voice on the phone and at the door. She is the daughter-in-law of Chad Hammond, one of Broadway’s shepherds.
I am an organic free-range chicken farmer who occasionally enjoys plucking feathers. I love to wake up early and see the sunrise. I like long walks on the beach.
Garrett is our new youth ministry intern. He is a Youth & Family Ministry major at LCU in his junior year. Garrett is originally from Georgetown, TX.
