Wednesdays at Broadway have morphed to become a night focused on family, friends, food, and fellowship (thus we call it “F4”). A new time frame has been adopted allowing parents to arrive home in time for their children to get adequate sleep and permitting our elderly to arrive home shortly after the sun sets. Our first week of F4 appeared to have doubled our Wednesday attendance, already.

Each Wednesday, beginning at 6:30 p.m., there will be a presentation that defies any singular definition. It is a mixture of Bible study, devotional, group discussion, activities, and fun. You never know what’s going to blow in with an F4. Sometimes you will discuss a topic with your best friends, while at others you will have a mixture of ages around your table. Each week we try to capture a sense of calm by ending with a song, story, or prayer. We will always dismiss by 7:15 p.m.

Whether you can make it to the meal or not, please join us for F4. Remember, the meal is served from 5:30 until 6:15 p.m. Arrive when and if you can. Sit with your friends. Invite a neighbor. The class time will always begin at 6:30 p.m. and we will always dismiss by 7:15 p.m.

Schedule Each Wednesday:

5:30 to 6:15 p.m. -- Meal in Lower Level
Cost will be $3 for 6 yrs and up, $1 for 2-5 yrs. Children
under two are free). No family will pay more than $12. February 20th meal will be enchiladas, beans, and rice.

Volunteers Needed to Help Calm Storms (meal prep & serving)

We are in the process of creating teams to help with these suppers. No team will be
asked to work more than once every 6-8 weeks. Each team will consist of a team leader and four servers. Meals can be as easy as delivered pizza and salad or more involved, according to the team's desire.

There are three ways Broadway members can help with these meals:

1. Team Leaders -- responsible for arriving about 4:00 p.m. and organizing team with set up, meal prep, and clean up.

2. Servers -- responsible for arriving about 4:30 pm for set up and meal prep. Clean
up should be finished by 7:00 p.m.

3. Dessert Volunteers (5 volunteers per week) to prepare a dessert once every 6-8 weeks to feed 10-12 people. Desserts will need to bedropped off at the church no later than 5:00 p.m. on the designated Wednesday night.

Anyone interested in serving or volunteering for desserts, please email
Terry Mills or the call the church office at 763-0464.
